Privacy Policy

WealthVille is a non-custodial application. We do not collect identity documents, we do not require you to create an account with a password, and we never have access to your private keys or funds. We collect the minimum data needed to operate and improve the service.

We may process the following:

• Wallet addresses. When you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address to display your positions and to interact with on-chain programs. Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public by nature.
• Usage & device data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used for security, analytics, and to keep the service reliable.
• Local storage. We store preferences (such as your theme choice) and session state in your browser. We do not use these to track you across other websites.
• Communications. If you email us or contact us via Telegram, we receive the information you choose to share.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 18.

• To provide core functionality (display pools, positions, and analytics).
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• To communicate with you when you contact us.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

To function, the service relies on third parties who may process technical data such as your IP address. These include blockchain RPC and data providers (for example Helius and public Solana RPC endpoints), the underlying DeFi protocols you choose to interact with, hosting/CDN infrastructure, and Telegram for our community and signals bot. These third parties handle data under their own privacy policies.

Any transaction you sign is recorded on a public blockchain. This data is permanent, public, and outside our control — it cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Data permanently recorded on a public blockchain cannot be deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Indian users have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To make a request, email support@wealthville.net. Note that we cannot alter data that lives on a public blockchain.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
