You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable sanctions or other laws.

WealthVille is non-custodial. We never take possession or control of your funds or private keys. You alone control your wallet and authorise every transaction. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, devices, and recovery phrases. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

The Service provides informational analytics, rankings, and tools. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer or solicitation, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Rankings and metrics are estimates that may be inaccurate or delayed. You are responsible for your own decisions and should do your own research and consult qualified professionals.

Digital assets and DeFi carry significant risk, including the total loss of funds. Risks include, without limitation: smart-contract vulnerabilities, impermanent loss, extreme price volatility, liquidity and slippage risk, oracle failures, network congestion or outages, and the actions of third-party protocols. Transactions on a blockchain are generally irreversible. Past performance does not indicate future results. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

The Service interacts with and links to third-party protocols, data providers, and websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their performance, security, availability, or content. Your use of any third-party protocol is at your own risk and subject to its own terms.

Some features (such as premium signals) may require an on-chain payment. On-chain payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any network fees and taxes associated with your transactions.

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; scrape or misuse data in violation of these Terms; or use the Service to launder funds or evade sanctions.

The Service, including its branding, design, and original content, is owned by the WealthVille team and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy or redistribute our content without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data shown is accurate or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the WealthVille team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indiafor any disputes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
